2. UK Consumer Rights & Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is only formed between Smith London and the customer once an order has been accepted, processed, and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Pricing, Taxes (VAT), and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP / £) unless stated otherwise.
Orders under £135: In compliance with UK cross-border tax laws, UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%) is calculated and collected directly at checkout. No additional customs charges apply upon delivery.
Orders over £135: Shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or courier clearance fees upon arrival in the UK. Unless specified otherwise at checkout, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free Delivery: We proudly offer free standard shipping to all valid UK delivery addresses with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Estimates: Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 8 business days. Please note that this does not include our standard order processing window of 1 to 2 business days.
While we make every effort to deliver within this window, Smith London cannot be held legally liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, courier strikes, or peak seasonal backlogs.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Regulations)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at smithlondonshop@gmail.com within the 14-day window.
Items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Unless the item received was faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Smith London does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
