  • Business Days: Please note that delivery timelines are counted in business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national and public holidays in both the origin country and the UK).

We believe in straightforward and transparent pricing. Therefore, we offer free shipping across the United Kingdom with no minimum spend required.

 

3. Order Tracking

We want you to know exactly where your parcel is at all times. As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.

  • This email will include a direct tracking link and a unique tracking number.

  • You can use this number on our carrier's portal to follow your parcel's journey from our warehouse straight to your UK doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and VAT (Brexit Regulations)

Following the UK's departure from the European Union, cross-border shipments are subject to specific tax and customs compliance guidelines based on the total value of the goods:

  • Orders under £135: UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%) is calculated and collected directly at checkout. No additional customs duties or fees will be required upon delivery.

  • Orders over £135: These shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees upon arrival in the United Kingdom. Unless specified as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) during checkout, these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be settled before the courier releases the package.

5. Delivery Conditions and Attempts
